For those who choose a gluten free diet, we have prepared a menu as complete as possible using the ingredients at hand and staying within our conceptual guidelines.

All of our pasta entrees and side dishes are prepared with brown rice pasta that is wheat, egg and gluten free.

Our Chef and staff have done their utmost to prepare these dishes without sacrificing flavor, texture or presentation.
